We arrange a scheduled courier pickup directly from your doorstep across India. All transit return labels are provided by GlobalGear with tracking insured by our shipping partners.

24-Hour Inspection Bay
Returned items are inspected by our technical engineers within 24–48 hours of reaching our hub. Your refund or replacement is initiated immediately upon physical inspection.
Return Process Workflow
- Step 1: Lodge Request — Email support@globalgear.shop with subject “Return Request: #YourOrderID” and include your primary contact number.
- Step 2: Pack Securely — Place the unit back inside its original protective packaging along with all accompanying nozzles, filters, and charging leads.
- Step 3: Handover to Courier — Hand the secured parcel to our designated courier agent upon pickup. Retain the pickup tracking receipt.
- Step 4: Swift Resolution — Choose between an immediate replacement unit dispatch, store credit with bonus 10% voucher, or full refund to your original payment method.
