Test your Series 1–5 detailing tool or magnetic mount in your vehicle for a full 30 days from the date of delivery. If you are not 100% satisfied with the suction power, turbine airflow, or magnetic grip, return it for a full refund.

If your package arrives damaged in transit or displays any technical malfunction, notify us within 48 hours. We will immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement unit at zero cost, without making you wait for the return pickup.

Return Condition Guidelines
To qualify for a full refund, items must be in undamaged condition with all original attachments, nozzles, charging cables, and packaging intact. Minor cosmetic wear from testing in your vehicle is acceptable under our 30-day trial policy.
